The University of Florence recognizes psychological well-being as a fundamental element for the right to education and academic success. For this reason, it promotes dedicated listening and support services, accessible both to students supported by Unifi Include and to the entire student community, in order to accompany the university journey and foster balance, inclusion, and participation.
The psychological counselling service of Unifi Include is intended for students already supported by the Service (Disability, SLD, SEN, Dual Career, PUP, etc.) who, during their academic journey, experience emotional or relational needs connected to their situation.

The service is reserved for students already supported by Unifi Include.
Psychological counselling provides a free, professional listening space aimed at:
The service is not intended as an ongoing psychotherapy pathway, but as targeted support integrated with the Service’s overall support framework.

Registration for the service is free for all regularly enrolled students, and access is provided by completing the appointment request form.
