The University of Florence, in collaboration with the Florence Police Immigration Office (Questuradi Firenze), has established a special Residence Permit Assistance Desk (Sportello PER-Università) to support non-EU students
Non-EU citizens who plan to stay in Italy for more than 3 months must apply for a residence permit within the first 8 working days after their arrival in Italy.
The University of Florence, in collaboration with the Florence Police Immigration Office (Questura di Firenze), has established a special Residence Permit Assistance Desk (Sportello PER-Università) to support non-EU students filling out the post office forms (kit postale) necessary to request or renew a residence permit.
The service is available only by online booking, at the UNIFI INCLUDE office, Campus di Scienze Sociali in Novoli, Building D1, via delle Pandette 32, Room 03, ground floor.
The Residence Permit Office is open every Wednesday from 2 pm to 4 pm and Friday from 10 am to 12 pm.
